Offer strategic legal advice on corporate banking and transactions, ensuring the highest standards.
Deliver timely and high-quality legal consultations on Estonian and EU legislation and regulations (e.g. ESG).
Support the development, launch, and withdrawal of products and services.
Manage legal documentation.
Participate in workshops organized by field-specific associations and organizations.
Requirements
What you already have
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably with experience counselling business units.
Master’s or equivalent degree in Law.
Strong knowledge of financial, corporate, credit, and property law.
Advanced proficiency in both oral and written Estonian and English.
In-depth understanding of European legislation and its practical implementation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-confidence, independence at work, and ability to predict possible outcomes and an unequivocal stand for oneself.
