Sales and Customer Service Agent in Tallinn office

As a first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for booking, amending, and finalizing reservations, as well as answering inquiries over the phone and by email. You will also be required to maintain and update customer databases. Working closely with Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort in Finnish Lapland, you will need to communicate proactively and build strong relationships with our customers.

• Fluent in written and spoken English; Finnish and other languages are considered as an advantage
• Experience in the hotel and leisure industries
• Relevant educational background
• Computer skills: MS Office. Hotel reservation systems (Hotellinx/Fidelio) knowledge is considered as an advantage
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Responsible, pro-active and detail oriented
• Flexible working hours in shifts and also weekend
