As a Web3 Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing captivating social media strategies to elevate our clients' brand presence across various platforms. Your ability to create engaging content, build a strong community, and analyse performance metrics will be key to our clients' success.

We’re looking for an experienced Web3 Social Media Manager who can:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement across multiple platforms.
• Create compelling and shareable content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that align with our clients' brand identities and resonate with their target audiences.
• Project manage deliverables for external stakeholders, to include content creation and graphics
• Monitor and respond to social media conversations, engaging with users and fostering a sense of community.
• Analyse social media performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Work in the UK time zone.

Skills and experience that the Web3 Social Media Manager must have: 

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the crypto or blockchain industry.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, social media marketing and content marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
• Proven track record of managing and growing social media presence across platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent creative thinking and content creation abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the crypto and blockchain ecosystem is preferred.
• Knowledge of Web3 culture and terminology is a plus.

Desirable Experience and Understanding:

• Proficiency in Adobe applications and creative software.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling applications like Agorapulse, Hootsuite, etc.
• Video editing skills, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
