Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to be part of our team headed by our Chief Marketing Officer.
This job will be full time, and ability to relocate to Geneva, Switzerland is preferred (at the beginning of next year).
You will be part of a small and dynamic team, focused to create unique solutions
for our social blogging platform with particular emphasis on increasing it's social reach
in each country, and enhancing the end user experience.
Particular emphasis will be focused toward page layout, user experience, online/offline advertising creatives, all with the purpose to increase
conversions and lifetime customer value.
We like to organize ourselves in small, focused, autonomous teams. You will have a say in architecture, planning, and how new product features are
designed.
You’ll also have the opportunity for variety and new challenges, especially to express your creativity, as new teams and projects are organized on and
ongoing basis.
They will be other additional small development teams similar to yours,
each one focused on other aspects of the blog network.
You will have strong opportunities to grow rapidly and
significantly within the company if you are a high performer.
You will earn a reasonable salary, but will have the opportunity to earn significant bonus
compensation if you exceed the performance expectations that will be set forth for you
from our Senior Marketing Project Manager.
You will be part of a dynamic and competitive work environment, with everyone
working towards making the blog network continually better and improved.

Strong design skills are a must.
Strong work ethic and desire to continually improve.
Basic HTML knowledge is a plus, not required.
Ability to relocate to Geneva at the beginning of next year is preferred.
