Web and eDM Producer/Coordinator (Hands-On)

Job Description

Overall objective to be achieved: The mission of the position is to improve customer loyalty through managing and developing the complete customer journey during the product/service ownership. Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • To localize and implement both European and Global eDM campaigns for the Nordic & Baltic markets
  • Creating and managing content of eDMs. Including creating English master marketing content, managing content collection from different stakeholders, translations and their validations with local stakeholders, publishing, image editing, content quality, visual quality etc.
  • Execution of local eDM activities and customer communications in alignment with other above the line and below the line activities by using targeting tools, marketing automation tools and HTML editors
  • Managing, adjusting and modifying eDM and loyalty program related creative work with marketing agencies (eg. Marketing materials, customer dialogue design etc.) Responsible for target data collection and timely delivery to broadcaster
  • Improving customer satisfaction and customer retention with successful and high quality communications
  • Development of eDM process with related landing websites and campaign elements Additional tasks and responsibilities:
  • Cooperation with external CRM Partners & Marketing Agencies
  • Other tasks assigned by the Agency, customers manager or functional manager. (Within the scope of the employer’s right of management)
  • This job requires travel minimum twice per month to follow-up and demonstrate achievements in regular bases
  • Requirements

    Required background, experience and education:
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Marketing & Communication background preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience (Agency or client side)
  • Good Interactive communication & Customer conversation understanding (understanding of consumer’s mindset, purchase funnel and legal considerations)
  • Knowledgeable about loyalty programs
  • Project Management experience
  • Basic knowledge about car, advertising and software industry Skills, abilities and languages:
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written). Skills in Nordic&Baltic languages are an advantage
  • Fluency of Interactive Marketing Technologies (Web, eDM, Data Warehouse, Contact Centre, Targeting, Segmenting, Marketing Automation, Digital channels, Mobile channels)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability for systematic and conceptual thinking, supported with excellent writing skills. Ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
  • Drive, innovation, capability and technical excellence to deliver on time
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
