Job Description

  • Support customers via chat and e-mail.
  • Participate in social media chatter, give answers to the community.
  • Post to Voog's social media channels (i.e. Facebook).
  • Make sure that the customer support articles are up to date.
  • Create screencasts and hold occasional webinars to teach our customers the best ways to use Voog.
  • Give input to the teams on how to improve the customer's experience.

Requirements

  • a positive attitude towards life
  • empathic communication and analytical reading skills
  • fluency in written and spoken Estonian and English
  • proficient computer skills and passion for technology
  • capacity to occasionally work under a tight schedule
  • former experience in written communication
  • willingness to solve complex cases and pay attention to details
  • readiness to perform in front of a camera
