Our hotel in Tallinn will be part of Porto Franco, which will be a great seaport complex with lots of restaurants, shopping, activities and more. We are so excited about this, and we hope you will be too!

Our hotel will consist of 270 rooms that are eloquently designed in accordance with our concept: At Citybox we're all about modernization and innovation. We've thrown out minibars, bellboys, TV sets and room service. As a result, we offer modern and affordable hotel rooms, with free wi-fi and self-service check in/check-out.

Our general manager will have the most important role there is at the hotel and will respond directly to our Operations Manager along with our CEO.

We are looking for a hotelier who is young at heart, and someone who is able to conceptualize a different take on the established norm of hotels. As this is our first hotel opening abroad from Norway it is necessary that you will get Citybox on the map in Tallinn. You should know exactly how, when and where we need to go in order to make Citybox a success here. Experience from marketing is a key factor along with a deep understanding of the hotel market in Tallinn.

Preferably you have management experience from the industry, and the necessary contacts to recruit both the right employees as well as attract guests. Another important factor is a controlled view on our costs levels, along with a bird's view on our ever-evolving rev/par.

Can you add certain human skills that help gel our cooperation with our suppliers – you'll be a perfect match! As we do not have an own restaurant, no food & beverage experience is demanded, but we will have a direct link up with a brand-new concept yet to be announced.

Key tasks:
- Coordination and administration of all parts of the hotel
- Financial accountability
- Interaction with customers and suppliers
- Encouragement of service, sales and achievement of underlying targets
- Marketing and branding
- Revenue management

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Oral and written fluency in Estonian and English. As our head office is located in Norway, all communication with the head office will be in English.
- Experience from hotel management
- Marketing experience
- A deep understanding of the hotel market in Tallinn

- A key role in an expanding hotel chain looking to establish in lots of European cities in the coming years.
