Marketing Assistant

Tommi Mäkinen Racing OÜ is operating in the field of rally and is responsible for service and event operations of Toyota Gazoo Racing World Rally Team. In Finland Tommi Mäkinen Racing Oy has a headquarter, product development and test operations.
Altogether we work with 120 talented professionals and are now looking for a Marketing assistant to a temporary position from 01.05.2018 to 30.06.2019. Your main location will be in Tallinn, Estonia.

As a Marketing assistant your main responsibilities include coordination of the production and logistics of marketing materials, and being responsible for our Fan Zone-area in the rallies (staffing and activities for Fan Zone, materials and ensuring smooth daily operation during the rally events) You will also follow the marketing budget and be responsible for ensuring that our team clothing is available for all the team members.
We work in unique setting, and it is important that you enjoy working in fast-paced and continuously changing environment and can work effectively under high time pressure. Energetic self-starter’s attitude and enthusiasm are vital in this role. We value excellent negotiation skills and ability to stay in touch with the team even when working in different locations.
Fluent English language skill is necessary to succeed in this position. Ideally you have experience from different aspects of customer service and organizing as well as working on several day events. The position includes regular travelling in rally events.
