Job Description

Our client Lidl – an international retail company with more than 200,000 employees in Europe – is looking for a District Manager.
In this position, you will be responsible for the team management in the assigned sales district, as well as the recruitment of suitable staff. You will supervise the planning, development, motivation and on-the-job training of the selected staff. Furthermore, you will ensure that the concept standards of Lidl in the district are met impeccably. Moreover, you will perform thorough district-wide process analysis and offer improvements when needed. Finally, you will be responsible for managing key figures in the district, which include staffing structure, KPIs and many more.

Requirements

Mandatory requirements for the candidates are a university degree, excellent Estonian and English spoken and written skills, a valid driving licence and willingness to go on an 18 months traineeship within Europe. Candidates with similar work experience and knowledge of additional foreign languages are preferred.

We expect you to be highly motivated to lead, develop and inspire people. We value flexibility and the ability to present information directly and clearly. We also expect you to be a responsible and proactive person with good communication skills and a great sense of cooperation.
