Job Description

To cover increasing volumes Shipco Transport is looking for new team members at Customer Service position in Import and Export department Main tasks:
  • accepting bookings from customers
  • administrate bookings by corresponding to overseas offices world wide and local vendors. Main tasks for Customer Service Representative, who will join our distribution department:
  • arranging instructions to warehouse re containers unloading; arranging cargo distribution from Tallinn warehouse within Estonia as well as to Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Russia.
  • communicating with customers in regards to cargo release and delivery.

    • Requirements

  • a responsible, motivated, logic and sharp person who is willing constantly develop own knowledge and skills in a logistics field;
  • the one who understands, values and appreciates teamwork – team as itself, team efforts and team results;
  • basic level English, Estonian and Russian language speaking and writing;
  • experience in sea freight business and/or in local cargo distribution/trucking would be an advantage but newcomers to the field are also very welcome!
