Tour coordinator

Work starts from September or October
Making tour arrangements: booking accommodation, transport, activities etc. and communicating with suppliers
Working with online booking system
Organising and taking responsibility for tour schedules
Assisting and coordinating tour guides from the office
Preparing lists for hostels, ferries etc.
Administration and customer service
Representing Scanbalt at meetings, expos etc.
Marketing & sales
Some travelling

Essential:
A big interest for travelling and to work in a travel company
Some experience of administration
Some experience from tourism business
Flexible, social, relaxed and service minded
Good in planning and working independently
Good in communication both with individuals and groups
Basic computer skills
Very good knowledge of English (fluent Estonian appreciated)

Appreciated
Knowledge of Russian, Finnish or Scandinavian languages
Experience from working with booking systems
Experience from travelling in Scandinavia, Russia and the Baltic Region
Experience from Student Organisations and Youth/Group Travels
Driving license for car
