- Motivating the team members

- at least 2 years of experience as a manager
- ability to organize the work of coffee shops and staff members
- ability to develop team members and inspire them to reach goals
- ability to analyse and predict
- excellent Estonian and English language skills
- very good computer skills
- positive mindset and ability to control stressful situations
