Mystery Shopper

We are looking for mystery shoppers all over Estonia to conduct mystery calls and test the service quality of major car brands.

You will have to pretend to be a client of the brand and call car dealerships to ask for a specific service and then assess the quality of their customer service.

We are a market research company located in Germany specializing in Mystery Shopping.
