Customer Service Specialist (with Estonian language)

• Answer of Customer Services related calls, e-mails and chats;
• Closely work together with Team Leader to find the best solutions for customers;
• Care and support for our partner's – Samsung Company – clients;)
• Accuracy in data entry;
• Follow up of clients' customer contacts.

• Willingness to help and solve requests;
• Fluent Estonian language;
• Good English skills;
• Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage;
• Interest in electronics is preferred;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Patience, positivity, fiendliness and willingness to help.
