Job Description

To become CRM Manager of Lifland Gaming Group and take a lead in the planning, production and performance analysis of campaigns delivered through all CRM channels. You will be responsible of CRM strategy development and execution, increasing performance and profitability of the campaigns and the loyalty activity.
 CRM strategy development and execution according to brands guidelines;
 Ownership of CRM plan;
 Owning the automated lifecycle journeys, keeping them updated and optimised;
 Supporting the production of general ad-hoc marketing activities;
 Identifying customer touch points and ensuring the right actions and communications are implemented;
 Regular reporting to senior stakeholders on success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers;
 Share best practices across the other business functions;
 Produce and present ROI reports, Ensure that strategy and tactics, marketing and brand communication, are enforced according to brand policies;
 Collaborate actively with other Revenue Team verticals in Countries and Group level;
 Take active role in group brands and company culture development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in CRM or similar positions related to gaming industry.
• Proven experience in driving increased customer engagement and retention
• Excellent reconciliation analysis skills, as well as a knowledge of implementation.
• Networking skills to facilitate customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Proficient in English both verbally and in writing.
• Microsoft SQL reporting system report writing skills and Experience using CRM Suites such as Optimove, EmailVision, Silverpop, RightNow
• Good understanding and practical working knowledge of html and responsive email template building
• A sound understanding of how marketing campaign communications affect player behaviour and in turn revenues
• The capacity to understand how to segment players based on available data in order to pinpoint player types and market to them effectively
• Have a genuine passion for the online gaming industry
