ESTONIAN COUNTRY MARKETING MANAGER

Lifland Gaming Group is looking for sport enthusiast who will be the country representative and manage all acquisition marketing, brand, events, advertisement agreements, campaigns & sales activities within the local market and coordinate/assist in central retention marketing activities as well as all the matters related to the marketing function.
• Develop strategic plans for development of marketing, PR and acquisition activities for Estonian market
• Plan, budget and execute all local marketing & sales activities/promotions, online and offline
• Achieve monthly & yearly objectives in acquisition, GGR, Margins and country related Budgets; DME (Direct Marketing Expenses) and OPEX (operational expenses) according to set standards and guidelines
• Produce and present ROI reports, Ensure that strategy and tactics, marketing and brand communication, are enforced according to brand policies.
• Monitor the local sites, customer communication, Content, Customers Support and Payment departments regarding local services, methods, pages and offering.
• Handle all PR and Press contacts by establishing a professional working relationship with key PR/Press contacts

• Previous experience in a similar marketing role
• Degree related to Marketing or Business Administration will be considered as advantage
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Fluent in English (both verbally and written)
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Results driven individual, able to develop and implement practical and quick decisions
• Ability to deal with contracts and grasp local legislative situations
• Strong negotiation skills required with an eye for detail in the structure of all deals
