Job Description

New Technical Help Desk team is looking for members

International company is looking for members for new 24/7 Network and Security team to be built in Estonia. We are helping them to find the best talents for this position.

The role involves responding incidents, perform proactive assessment and also perform confidential investigation. In addition, the team provide support for projects driven by regulatory or internal requirements.

Requirements

Technical skills:
- Previous experience in incident response and investigation
- Technical expertise in:
o Network protocols including TCP/IP fundamental,
o Operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Knowledge of
o hosting platforms, enterprise systems and infrastructure
o virtual environments
o security products
o vulnerability management
o malware, virus, botnet, hacking techniques, etc.
o security standards
- Incident Investigation and co-ordination


Soft skills:
- Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely to both technical peers and senior (non-technical) business management
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Solid attention to details
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think “outside the box” and identify opportunities to improve current processes.
- Fluent written and spoken English, Finnish is an advantage
