Internal Control Manager

 Support and guide GBS management and heads of business streams.
 Act as speaking partner for ARIC CoE in the GBS and help build awareness of a robust internal control environment;
 Ensure that the Internal Control methodology for GBS is strictly implemented and maintained across the streams and GBS as a whole;
 Develop and provide periodic training and expertise to Process Owners, Control Owners and Control Performers.
 Coordinate the timely planning and execution of management testing of controls in line with the Group’s methodology and timeline;
 Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external auditors.
 Support in the re-design of standard processes and controls to simplify and rationalize the GBS control environment;
 Participate in global Assurance, Risk and Internal Controls initiatives and projects.
