In partnership with the recruiting HR teams, anticipate and proactively meet the evolving recruitment needs and deliver best talent to the organization, via execution of Employer Branding and Candidate Attraction activities, such as though not limited to:
Establish correct candidate level and amount for the recruiting HR teams to meet the various staffing goals across Runway, including guaranteeing adherence to the timeline of the recruiting process to staff on time.
Update of our web and propose and collaborate in all employer branding activities to promote Runway’s reputation as a recognized employer.
Develop and implement initiatives for recruiting diverse talent for the different serving areas of Runway.
Actively build candidate pools that allows pro-activity when (new) vacancies arise, gaining time to market.
Nurture relationships with prospective talent pools and establish engagement leading to activation of candidate pools through applications for Runway jobs.
University/master degree in relevant field as HR and/or Marketing.
At least 2 years as a recruiter within an international company with broad range of positions and/or similar job.
Languages, written as spoken: native level Scandinavian language, either Norwegian, Swedish or Danish a strong advantage. Fluent level of English required, as this is our internal language.
