Customer support

International customer support team member
We are looking for a support professional with communication experience and good organizational skills. An ideal candidate is an organized and reliable person with great values and capability of working independently. She/he enjoys and takes pride in servicing internal and external customers.
Everyday tasks
• Support the sales team regarding incoming customer requests (via email or phone)
• Responsible for daily communication with customers, wholesalers, etc.
• Check orders on daily base and organize logistics regarding RMA and warranty cases
• Check accounts receivables and work on collection – support the shared service finance team
• Assisting Country Manager with local marketing programs

We really want you to have:
• positive, ambitious attitude and desire to achieve
• some customer service experience
• confidence speaking over phone / skype
• ability to manage stress and be a true solver
• willingness to work independently
• some experience within IT, logistics or finance is a plus
• fluent in English (both in written and spoken) + Swedish would be a major welcome
