Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage highly effective full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs
  • Actively source new talent by using different databases and search engines
  • Maintain a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates, create in-house talent database
  • Write, post and update job postings across various job portals and recruiting channels
  • Conduct initial interviews and participate in second/third phase interviews if necessary
  • Contribute to a stellar candidate experience and represent IPF Digital as the first point of contact
  • Collaborate to offer a smooth and meaningful onboarding process for the new hires
  • Assist on the HR-related areas and contribute also to the other HR team initiatives

Requirements

You are successful in this role by having:

  • Fluency in verbal and written business English and Estonian
  • Experience as a recruiter for 4 years (ideally in a fintech or IT sector)
  • Experience sourcing and hiring candidates internationally
  • Good knowledge of HR documentation and administrative tasks
  • Ability to manage activity and deliver value to multiple projects at the same time 
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
