Requirements
- Design Thinking and User Centered Design methods are part of your toolbox;
- Iterative prototyping and user testing to validate design hypotheses;
- Previous experience with prototyping tools such as InVision;
- Understanding what effect UX copywriting has to results;
- An eye for visual design and experience with Sketch;
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken, knowing Estonian is an advantage;
- Readiness to present the outcome of your work and explain the design decisions to a variety of stakeholders across the organisation;
- Being open to knowledge sharing;
- Empathy and being a good team-player.
