# The purpose of the Usability/Brand Manager is to design, develop and manage the user interfaces of a suite of online gaming products with a focus on user experience to maintain and evolve the brand experience of this global online entertainment company.
# Key Duties & Responsibility
# Clearly understand the brand image and brand value and implement the appropriate design methodologies
# Implement a design structure for all applications across multiple entertainment platforms
# Create design documentation and manage the implementation of user centered technologies that are aligned with corporate brand objectives
# Keep abreast of online trends and make design recommendations that will meet the brand objectives
# Masters Degree ideally with a focus on digital media, usability and HCI
# 5+ years of user centered product development, implementation and testing experience with a global Digital Media organization
# 3+ years of formal Business Analysis and user experience architecture experience
# 5+ years experience in usability and information architecture prototyping
# Excellent team leading and team coordination and project management experience
# Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic relationships, collect and document requirements from key stakeholders across the various platforms
