We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Estonian speaking Training Consultant within our Commercial team at Travelport to be based in Latvia at our Riga office.

If you are business fluent in Estonian but you live in Latvia (or want to relocate there), you have a travel agent background as well as strong knowledge of GDS and enjoy enabling others to acquire knowledge and develop themselves, then this could be a fantastic position for you.

Role:

This position plays an essential role in delivering GDS technical training and improving customers’ operational performance using our core products.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver Travelport Wordspan and Travelport Galileo basic knowledge training to new users.
• Lead customized trainings delivery for advanced classes and project-based activities for improving user knowledge & experience in class or onsite.
• Gather & adapt product information, prepare user materials and deploy them to support Travelport products adoption and usage.
• Perform onsite support to understand customer processes and workflows and propose improvement plans.

What we need from you?

• Fluency in English and Estonian
• Must have extensive knowledge of GDS environment, at least 3 years
• Must have advanced ticketing experience including interpret IATA fares, rules and conditions, issues tickets and post booking processes
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer facing role with a professional standard
• Previous experience in training delivery or content assessment
• Be able to work with and influence staff at all level
• Being able to do presentations to a diversity of customers
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
