they will be mainly fixing Leakey taps, and washers etc, They area is Maidstone in Kent, and it is a Hard Water area, so taps tend to go very quickly as a build up of chalk inside. They must have Good -Excellent English as they will be going to peoples homes, Must have a driving license as he will be given a van to drive to the different jobs. Must be slim build, to be able to get under kitchen cupboards etc.

My client is Mr Wilson, (not on trysis yet) he is a landlord of many many properties, and these are the properties the plumber would be fixing. he is a lovely man, an old headmaster at a school experienced with foreign students, really nice family. very kind to his staff etc..

Driving licence
You must be able to drive, as you will be given a vehicle to work with
You will be driving to residential properties, repairing and fixing leaks etc.

Paying £6p/hr plus FREE Accommodation,
FREE council tax paying just their bills ( gas /electric + any extra like telephone if they wish to have one) in a lovely cottage this accommodation will be shared however with another worker who will be female (horse worker). they will have their own room but must be ok with this.
