We are looking for a person who will join our team as:
TELESALES MANAGER
Your tasks:
- Managing the telesales teams which are operating in a few European markets (over 50 FTE’s)
- Delivering, monitoring, reporting of KPIs relevant to the project
- Implementing a sales strategy in accordance with the specifics of the project and recommending the essential improvements
- Motivating and directing the team of Team Leaders/ Supervisors
- Providing effective communication to the subordinated teams
- Cooperating closely with other departments: Marketing, Operation, Controlling, HR etc.
Ootused kandidaadile
We expect:
- 5 years as a telesales/call center manager in a sales projects directed to B2C clients
- Expierience in managing the distributed organizational structure in an international environment
- Fluent command of English (C1 level) is a must
- Good command of other European language will be an asset
- Ability to work 40h hours per week with a possibility of abroad business travels (few times in a year)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
- Very good command of Excel and analytical thinking
