Job Description
SUMMARY
This position is designed to support and enhance multiple technologies for a new business operation within the company including working with RF/network related products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the introduction of new products into the test and repair environment by performing and/or directing technical support to perform all required New Product Introduction (NPI) tasks including implementing ECO’s, writing test code, troubleshooting performance issues and training.
• Aid in the configuration and integration of equipment from various manufacturers. Configure, troubleshoot and re-locate test scenarios, including globally, as required.
• Perform failure analysis of units under test (UUT) and/or other units as requested by the customer or Engineering Management.
• Develop and maintain test equipment documentation. This includes equipment identification, line wiring diagrams, test flow documents, spares inventory requirements, and software identification and update methods.
• Interfacing with other departments regarding equipment, materials, training, and schedules – ensuring appropriate sign-offs and product release transition for the NPI process.

Requirements
• Strong knowledge of RF and background in Radio Base stations is required.
• Solid knowledge and experience in digital/analog electronics circuits design.
• Solid knowledge and experience with power management, computer communication and system troubleshooting is required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering (B.S.E.E.) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.S.E.C.E.); and three or more years engineering experience. Knowledge or experience with project management preferred.
• Good communication skills and team player

• Fluent in English and Estonian
