Technical Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and solution-oriented Technical Team Lead to take ownership of Longo Estonia's technical operations.

This is a unique opportunity to build and develop the technical function in Estonia while working closely with the Country Manager and supporting the continued growth of our business. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership, process development, and operational coordination to ensure our vehicles meet Longo's high quality standards and our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Longo Estonia's day-to-day technical operations.
• Manage vehicle warranty cases from initial assessment to final resolution.
• Coordinate repair processes and maintain strong relationships with service partners.
• Oversee vehicle preparation to ensure cars are ready for sale on time and meet Longo's quality standards.
• Coordinate vehicle registration processes and ensure all documentation is accurate and done on time.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the Sales team.
• Monitor repair quality, turnaround times, and technical costs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve technical processes.
• Report directly to the Country Manager and provide regular updates on technical operations and ongoing cases.
• As Longo Estonia continues to grow, recruit, lead, coach, and develop the technical team.

• Previous experience in automotive technical operations, workshop management, aftersales, or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of passenger vehicles.
• Experience with warranty handling and repair coordination is considered an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience is an advantage, but we also welcome ambitious candidates ready to take the next step in their career.
• Good English and Russian skills; Estonian is required.
