Job Description

Responsible for offering technical support to the first-level client support units of Playtech Ltd.

The work is in shifts (24/7, including weekends and national holidays).

Requirements

- Very good written and spoken English and Estonian
- Higher education (may still be obtained), preferably in the field of IT
- Very good computer skills
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to get information from the colleagues quickly
- Ability to concentrate also in stressful work situations
