Technical Sales Specialist

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? As a Technical Sales Specialist you will be part of a team in Tallinn, which helps to grow smaller and new contract Vendors at the Nordic and Baltic region. You will provide support via email/telephone to our customers and suppliers, using initiative to grow and support business.

Day-to-day:

• Be the first point of contact to our customers and suppliers, providing a high level of support to our Nordic and Baltic customer requests and queries
• You advise customers about new technologies and solutions
• You prepare tenders and quotations and follow your backlog
• You create vendor documentation
• You provide product education and advice to our customers
• You ensure that sales targets are met
