WHAT YOU DO
• Identify exceptional external talent, and build a diverse talent pool in anticipation of future needs.
• Employ strong and effective selection standards, utilize robust assessment tools as needed.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and build strong relationships with our Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
• Create job descriptions, job ads, and social media posts to generate interest in Linnworks and promote us as the best employer of choice.
• Screen candidates, carry out selection processes, organize and conduct interviews. Manage candidate communication and job data within our HRIS (BambooHR) and ATS (BreezyHR) in an accurate, timely, and compliant manner.
• Work closely with the Lead Recruiter (UK based) to bring insights about the Estonia market to the Recruitment team and work on global projects as required.
• Provide reports and hiring metrics on direct hire rates,sourcing, identify short and long-term gaps in the talent market.
Requirements
WHAT YOU HAVE
• Previous experience in a similar role, you will be confident operating as a Technical Recruiter based remotely from the central HR/Recruitment team.
• Previous experience with sourcing and sound knowledge of sourcing tools.
• The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches and creative solutions to acquiring talent in a competitive market.
• The desire to work effectively as part of a team with shared objectives and on your initiative, coupled with the ability to switch between operational and strategic tasks, you will be hands-on, fast, and flexible.
• Excellent time management, particularly the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Effective administration and organization skills.
• Previous experience of working on IT roles will be an advantage.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
