Job Description

Manage the maintenance and repair of equipment, facilities and infrastructure
Develop and continuously improve maintenance processes and systems for equipment and facilities
Take active part in planning and execution of investments
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

Higher technical education (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
Experience in the technical management of equipment and facilities
Strong computer skills and experience with ERP systems
Fluent in Russian and English; Estonian language skills are an advantage
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
