Provide technical helpdesk support for Notola Video Phone customers. Handling incoming customer contacts by phone and by e-mail from USA and GB.
It is necessary for a candidate to be fluent in English with excellent trouble shooting skills, good technical ability or technical background. Ability to work in a team and to resolve issues in constructive cooperation with customers with also strong customer service focus. Willing to work in shifts (including nights and weekends).
