TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

RebelRoam OÜ is looking for an experienced TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER to be a part of their diverse startup team. This role will shape the passenger connectivity experience onboard leading bus, train, and cruise companies. You should be passionate about customer experience, competent in the field of network technology, and highly motivated.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Technical Account Manager?

• Being the primary technical person to work with customer success on technical matters
• Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Initiate and lead technical reviews with customers and provide relevant technical recommendations
• Train customers to use products and services
• Understand and document the needs of our customers
• Suggest best ways how our service can be used with customers existing infrastructure
• Collaborate with sales on winning new business

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/ or minimum of 3 years experience in a similar field (previous experience in sales is a plus)
• Experience with LAN and WAN network routing and configuration
• Experience with OpenWRT, Mikrotik RutOS, Peplink, Cisco, or other network equipment is recommended
• Familiar with DHCP, DNS, TCP, UDP, VPN and able to configure them on a network level
• Ability to work independently (position may require some traveling)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
