Team Leader, Service Desk and Master Data

We are looking for a Team Leader to lead Service Desk which is supporting our corporate internal customers at Fortum. You will plan and manage teams resourcing, support in the prioritization of tasks and monitor team performance and service quality on daily basis. You will continuously improve the way of working by coaching and involving team members in the problem solving. You will lead and support the team of 10 experts.

Ootused kandidaadile

You have a relevant degree in the business administration or similar with the minimum 2-3 years' experience in customer support or financial services, and preferably previous leadership experience. You are interested in improving customer experience and learning different financial applications. You have the ability to see end-to-end processes as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills. As a person you are self-driven proactively looking for improvements and solutions whilst challenging the status quo. A good command of spoken and written English is a requirement. Other Nordic languages are seen as an asset. The role requires some travelling.
