Your main responsibility is to create the talent management system within the organisation in close cooperation with managerial and top managerial level. Your task is to further develop, implement and maintain the talent management system via elaborating the methods in order to support the development of high potential employees.
You are a suitable candidate if you have strong interest towards people management issues with focus on talent management. You have experience in or interest towards development of systems and methods. You have university education (degree is preferable, however also undergraduates are welcome).
