Comodule is continuing to grow, therefore our energetic and goal-driven HR team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen the team to achieve the big goals we have for the year 2022. We are looking for a great team fit and can-do attitude, which can compensate for previous experience in the field. Yes, you got it right, this role can be entry-level and is perfect to kickstart your career in recruitment!
In 2019 we opened our own in-house production that enables us to ensure the quality of our products and manufacture those in a sustainable way. We need your help to continue growing our Co-Factory.
About the role
You will be recruiting Assembly Specialists, Industrial Engineers, Tuul Transport Specialists and other roles that are necessary for our Co-Factory´s smooth operation and delivering our products.
In close cooperation with Hiring Managers and with the support of your HR team, you will take care of leading the full recruiting process from job posting through to the final stages, while ensuring candidates have their best experience with Comodule.
You will also have an opportunity to jump into other recruitment and HR-related projects.
Requirements
This position does not require previous experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist. Still, it would be highly beneficial if you are familiar with recruitment.
You will be great in this role if you are a people person with great communication skills both in Estonian and English. You like to take ownership of your own projects and hustle till you have reached the goal. You care about the environment around you and you want to contribute to our mission. You should have a startup mindset - always ready to adapt to a new situation and able to prioritise tasks in a constantly changing environment.
