Talent Acquisition Specialist

​yummy (known ​as Clean Kitchen in Estonia) is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ​People team, who will be responsible for full recruitment ​cycle ​including sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring ​the best talent in the market. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist ​you will not only ​be filling the ​open positions, but develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and determine selection criteria
• Sourcing potential candidates
• Coordinating interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Helping with employer branding initiatives
• Together with hiring managers forecasting hiring needs per department
• Creating talent pool and maintaining great relationships with the potential hires

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Work experience in a multicultural international company is an advantage
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (knowledge of Personio ATS is an advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in Estonian and English
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
• Positivity and “can do” attitude
