The Role
Requirements
- Recruiting experience in IT delivery and Operations roles. Focus would be in Ops mainly
- Provide full cycle recruiting services including recruitment strategy session, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation and compliance management
- Proven track record of building excellent working relationships with your hiring manager customers
- Experience working in an international business where your hiring managers and prospective talent pools will be multi-country; Baltic region in particular
- Ideally 1-3 years’ recruitment experience, either from an agency or in-house function.
- Previous experience successfully working and collaborating with senior stakeholders in delivering new talent at all levels of seniority
- A record of managing recruitment engagements in a result orientated environment where necessary and contributing to the Global Talent team with knowledge and energy
- The resourcefulness to turn a team’s needs into a search and, ultimately, hiring the best candidate for the job
- A passion for each step of the recruiting process and candidate experience
- Ability to self-manage and reprioritize
- Filling hiring requirements across Operations and Tech in the Baltic region
- Source and screen candidates through proactive research, complex internet searches, and existing talent pools.
- Project management of multiple recruitment processes, supporting several business areas.
- Assessment of candidate skill and suitability based on role requirements and Genius Sports cultural match
- Engage with partner organizations and help drive engaging events that promote the Genius Sports brand and culture, hence driving further engagement with the candidate market
- Provide a positive employee experience and superior customer service to candidates, hiring managers and Stakeholders
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding the overall recruiting market and best practice to keep hiring managers informed about realistic expectations.
- Conduct salary benchmarking activities and keep the business informed on compensation, Global Market overview and trends
- Be a trusted partner to the business in all things Talent Acquisition
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to seek high-quality candidates for open requirements.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a first-class candidate experience
- Proactively get in front of high caliber, passive candidates through research, outreach and networking
- Drive a successful offer process, including extending offers and closing candidates
- Contribute to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, onboarding, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively
