Leading the software development team (consisting of 6-8 employees) – including organizing and scheduling, design and ensuring the finishing of set assignments by deadlines;
Participation in software architecture and development (if necessary).
Strong technological background (preferably C++, networking, J2EE);
Good written and spoken English;
