We expect you:
to participate in IT projects as the person who listens to the requirements of the internal client, analyzes them and proposes the initial solution in cooperation with other employees of Markets Area.
In the phase of more detailed analysis the analyst in cooperation with the client composes the documents describing the solution. The main documents are functional and non-functional requirements and different architectual schemes that are mainly composed with MS Visio.
The main internal clients of Markets Area in all the Baltic countries are the top players of Hansbank Group in Treasury, Risk Managment, Equity/Derivatives.
In addition to participating in the aforementioned projects and tasks the system analyst has a chance to take part in the creation of common IT architecture development plan for the Markets Area and also in some extent in the planning of the IT architecture for the whole bank along the solutions of the Markets Area.
Ootused kandidaadile
Your success is assured by:
- higher education or in acquisition (preferably in IT field);
- good analytic business oriented thinking;
- knowledge of Object-Oriented analysis and design (using UML);
- knowledge of different requirements development techniques (brainstorming, prototyping etc);
- spoken and written English;
- readiness to take initiative and communicate actively with different partners.
