SYSTEM ANALYST

Compensa Life is looking for a new team member who contributes to the Company with knowledge of business analysis and system design.

By joining our team you will

• conduct interviews with process owners and collect development needs
• interact with software users to learn and document business requirements for new systems or changes to existing ones
• plan the processes and system flows, prepare respective process diagrams
• compose and maintain technical documentation on software, e.g. use case diagrams, flowcharts, data models, sequence diagrams etc.
• develop UX design process; create system prototypes
• consult project team (developers, QA specialists etc.), prepare tasks for them
• define system requirements, test cases and acceptance criteria
• prepare user manuals and training materials
• be part of development and maintenance of software solutions within the limits of own competence

As a successful candidate you

• have at least 2 years of professional experience as business or system analyst
• have readiness to actively immerse into business processes of the Company
• are highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet various deadlines
• have strong analytical skills and are detail orientated
• have ability to develop functional specifications per user requirements and provide clear scope for technical developers
• have excellent knowledge of BPMN and UML
• have experience of creating system prototypes with Figma or similar tools
• are able to contribute to QA and trainings
• are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing, both in Estonian and English
