Job Description

Responsible for working out, initiating and operating backup and recovery solutions, mainly for Oracle databases.
Acitivites include:

• Installation and administration of the backup software
  
• Configuring the backups, monitoring the results
  
• Executing and documenting the recovery tests
  
• Troubleshooting backups related components problems

Requirements

• Experience of working with SQL databases (Oracle preferred)
  
• Feeling at home in Unix/Linux operating systems
  
• Readiness for teamwork
  
• A quick learner
  
• Ability to translate business recovery requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
  
• Intermediate English, Estonian
  
• Higher education in IT is an asset
  
• Working experience with Legato/EMC Networker is an asset
