Would you like to become a part of a newly established Swedish team within banking operation services? We are now looking for cash management specialists to deliver bank branch support for payment investigations and salary services.

About this opportunity
We are building a new Swedish speaking team in Tallinn and looking for new Specialists to deliver great experiences to our customers by operating the manual processes related to Cash Management with high quality and efficiency.

You will be:

Using your Swedish language skills to cope with Swedish documents and systems
Supporting bank branches and contact centre via email and over the phone
Investigating domestic and cross-border payments and transactions for branches, contact centre, other Swedish banks and external vendors
Supervising daily runs and test files regarding file-based salary service
Learning continuously whilst doing different assignments
Working in a team environment to meet assigned targets

Your experience and background:

Fluent in Swedish language in oral and written communication
Ability to take decision on provided information
You are good at problem solving
Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
