Job Description

Your job will be answering customers IT questions and solving their problems via e-mail or phone, registering the problems and forwarding them to a top-level specialist. All communications are in Swedish language.

Requirements

Very good Swedish and English language skills both spoken and written
Experienced computer user
The desire and interest to work and develop in the IT field
Good listener with a positive attitude
Very good communication and self-expression skills.
