Swedish customer support specialist

As a customer service representative, you work in the most popular streaming service in the Nordic countries! You manage all your digital channels and offer customers support through calls, email, social media and chat. We are open Mon-Sun from 11:00 to 23:00.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish (C1) and English (B1) both orally and in writing
• Opportunity to take part in the training, which lasts 2 weeks Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 18:00
