CLAIM HANDLER
main tasks are processing of Customer Claims concerning our delivered Custom-Made Worktops, Customer Claim related communication with our Resellers, Customers, Measuring- and Installation Technicians, Continuous improvement of the Claim Handling Process.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Excellent communicator and good team player
- Analytical, initiative and decision-making
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Proficient computer user: MS Office, ERP- and CRM programs
