Your main responsibilities will be:

• To plan International assignment coordination activities, including the budget, time schedule and resources;
  
• To coordinate Swedbank Group International mobility team (further – SBG IMT) daily activities;
  
• To organise exchange of information among various units involved in the IM activities;
  
• To communicate with external partners and coordinate their cooperation activities with Swedbank Group;
  
• To participate in working out and updating IM related policies, guidelines, process descriptions and other related documentation;
  
• To prepare reports to the steering body – SBG IMT and respective business units;
  
• To provide support for smooth running of International mobility process in Swedbank group.

Ootused kandidaadile

We expect you to have:

• University degree;
  
• 3-5 years of practical experience in managing teams or large scale projects (preferably cross-border);
  
• Active and with initiative (internal drive);
  
• Good project management skills;
  
• Client and service oriented
  
• Excellent communication skills;
  
• Good negotiation and presentation skills;
  
• High personal standards;
  
• Very good English language skills;
  

• Swedish and Russian language skills.
