Support Person

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our clients via email and chat: 

✅ Provide email and chat support to eCommerce businesses using our VAT and compliance solutions.

✅ Help customers navigate our platform, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot common issues.

✅ Work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

✅ Contribute to improving our help centre and support processes.

Requirements:

• Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent English writing skills
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Good computer skills (Numbers or Excele, Pages or Word)
• Knowledge base and FAQ management expierence are welcomed

• Fully remote position – work from anywhere.
