Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Managing and mentoring Supply Chain Team (Logistic and Spare part Warehouse operator)
- Overall responsibilities for the monitoring of the workshop performance in-line with the capacity plan and workflow acc to operating procedures;
- Customer support for service related business processes;
- Strategic purchaser task;
- Conducting inventories of Spare parts and endoscopes together with Supply Chain Team members;
- SAP CRM key-user responsibilities, support and training for end-users;
- Regular download, preparation and analyze of reports;
- Conduct billing process for Service Orders;
- Monitoring the workflow and SAP CRM statuses of repairs in process;
- Customer support for Order related topics;
- Regular participation on meetings.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Finished higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field (Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, b2b etc);
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, SAP program experience is an advantage;
- Estonian and English (professional working proficiency).
